You’re on the verge of entering an unmatchable experience built on ‘skin in the game’ personal training expertise, bootcamp design, military service, in-depth preparation for epic fitness challenges and most importantly, coaching athletes in a variety of sports from amateur to elite level.

Combat Conditioning Thailand

Jon Le Tocq lives his life as a never-ending fitness adventure using challenges to test himself and his programming skills whilst seeing the world from a different perspective. Whilst running his Storm Force Fitness Club in Guernsey since 2010, Jon has been found perfecting new training plans around the globe. His challenges have included winning his category in Guernsey’s Strongest Man and a cage fight, as well as cycling across Australia and America. He has worked with hundreds of people from complete beginners to high level amateur and professional athletes.

Shaun Kober

Shaun Kober has forged a career in Phuket as strength and conditioning coach to some of the best fighters on the planet including Petr Yan when he won the UFC bantamweight title. Following active service in the Australian military he has designed popular and proven training methodologies used in both personal coaching for high level athletes and group programming at Tiger Muay Thai and Apollo Gym.

No, this is open to anyone from around the world

Yes a 10% discount is available for couples sharing a room

The training on this Fitness Break is intense and whilst minor niggles can be worked around we don’t recommend this for anyone with injuries that can’t withstand strength and power training, sprints, striking etc

Please see the main description for dates. You must be at Apollo Gym at or before midday on the first date shown. Your time with us will end at midday on the last date.

This is not for beginners and you should have recent experience of strength training and high-intensity conditioning such as bootcamps, circuits or functional fitness. You should also have experience of striking and pad work.

You will do a range of strength, power, conditioning, sprints, mobility and striking both indoors and outdoors.

There is a wide variety of nutrition options available on the Fitness Street and near the beaches of Phuket. For this reason, we don’t include food in this package, leaving lots of room to sample lots of different things!

There is no payment plan available for this trip.

Fees don’t includes flights to Thailand, scooter rental or fuel, leisure activities or personal expenses. They also don’t include food as there are so many options everyone likes to try so we leave it open to choice each meal!

There are plenty of cash points nearby, subject to typical foreign exchange and withdrawal charges. Most places accept card but you will need cash in various smaller food and drink establishments.

As this Fitness Break is a bespoke one-off trip, no refunds are available unless replacement can be found. This will be purely at our discretion.

You should consult your GP or the latest advice for Thailand regarding vaccinations.

Yes, you must have your own travel and health insurance as you see fit.

There is no specific kit list but you should have enough training kit as you will sweat like never before. You should also have your own gloves and wraps, plus ‘summer holiday’ clothing. Shopping malls are available nearby and easy availability of training kit, gloves etc at nearby gyms and shops.
