Hey, I’m Jon and I launched Storm Force Fitness Breaks to merge my passions for fitness, fun and adventure as well as 20 years of coaching experience. This has included the privilege of working with so many people through high-end personal training, group fitness programs and sports team conditioning from amateurs to world-class and professional athletes.
Since I moved back to Guernsey from the UK in 2010, Storm Force Fitness has been a huge part of many lives on the island with a big list of testimonials and success stories and it’s a source of great pride in my life. What you’ve landed upon is the next evolution of the ‘tribe’!
Over that time I’ve conducted many speaking and coaching engagements with multi-national companies and other large employers as well as hosting a variety of fitness events, educational workshops and seminars both in Guernsey and around the whole of the UK, finding ways to make complex and confusing topics, easy to apply in your busy life!
I spent 4 years studying and travelling around the world including working for a year at a health and fitness retreat in Thailand. It was here that I developed the idea of creating a unique service combining the highest standards of personal coaching with unforgettable bucket-list experiences.
Thanks to many trials and challenges and mistakes, I can now bring you a lot of experience and results-driven programming in all areas of strength and conditioning, body composition coaching, nutrition, mindset, injury recovery and personal development. All this means you’ll have an amazing time on your trip but also leave with loads of personal skills and fitness knowledge that will last for a life-time.
However, the truth is that building a life full of personal adventures requires a lot of time ‘in the field’, getting stuck in and being willing to fail! Having cycled across self-supported across America and Australia and competed in a range of challenges over the years, I’ve learned how to prepare your mind and body for pretty much anything you dream about doing!
Whichever Fitness Break you choose, I personally guarantee incredibly unique (and at times unorthodox) coaching methods…and some of the best high-energy workouts you’ll ever experience!
